Aloft Perth was built by BGC Developments in partnership with Starwood Hotels and Resorts. The building is a fifteen (15) level hotel with 224 rooms and a host of business facilities including meeting and conference rooms and a rooftop function room with spectacular Swan River views.

DENMAC was engaged to install aluminium composite panels across the building in all façade areas not being installed by the curtain wall glazing contractor. This required strong communication with multiple BGC Supervisors for the various aspects of the project across the Aloft Hotel and the wider Springs office development.

DENMAC’s full scope of work included shop drawings, fabrication and installation of panels with materials supplied by BGC Developments.
